Coming soon. $LEAF is the planned utility token for Green Teagentic. Nothing on this page is live yet — no token has been minted, no contract deployed, no airdrop scheduled. This document captures the design space we’re exploring so the community can weigh in early. Mechanics, names, and economics will change.
Why a token at all?
Green Teagentic is already a calm, agentic workspace. A token isn’t there to financialize the ceremony — it’s there to reinforce the loops that already work: brewing daily, deepening your Cellar, sharing Recipes, and refining pours. Every mechanic below is designed around engagement and retention, not speculation. The working name is $LEAF. It will be a native Solana SPL token, matching the wallet-native sign-in already in the app.Design principles
- Reinforce, don’t replace. Every mechanic deepens an existing feature (Brew, Cellar, Recipe, Share) — no parallel surfaces.
- Earn by brewing, not by farming. Rewards flow from genuine activity (a finished brew, a refined pour, a re-run Recipe), never from idle staking alone.
- Hold to unlock, burn to boost. Most upgrades are holding-gated, not paywalled — your balance stays yours.
- No pay-to-think. The free tier always works. $LEAF accelerates and deepens; it never gates the ceremony itself.
1. Steeping streaks & daily ceremony
Daily ritual mechanics that reward showing up.- Daily kettle bonus — your first brew of each day mints a small $LEAF drip. Streaks at 3, 7, and 30 days unlock multipliers.
- Kettle warmth meter — a visible UI gauge that cools when you skip days. Cold kettles cost more $LEAF to fire up; warm kettles earn more.
- Steeping seasons — 4-week cycles with a leaderboard of total brews, Recipes shared, and Cellar entries distilled. Top steepers split a seasonal $LEAF pool.
2. The Cellar as a stakeable asset
Turn your durable memory into something you have skin in.- Stake-to-distill — lock $LEAF on a Cellar entry to mark it as aged. Aged entries get prioritized re-injection into future brews and a quality boost from a stronger model tier.
- Aged Leaf NFTs — entries aged 90+ days graduate into transferable on-chain artifacts. Other users can read them for a $LEAF tip; tips split between owner and platform.
- Memory weight auction — when context hits the truncation cap, $LEAF-weighted entries survive the cut. Skin-in-the-game memory curation.
3. Recipe marketplace
Make the Recipe layer a real two-sided economy.- Mint a Recipe — publish a Recipe publicly for a small $LEAF mint fee. Every re-run by another user earns the author a royalty drip.
- Recipe tipping — readers tip $LEAF on
/b/<slug>shared brews. Tip totals become a quality signal that surfaces top Recipes on a public Tea Garden discovery page. - Bounty brews — post a LEAF stake) wins.
4. Pour-quality feedback loop
Turn the Critique loop into an economic loop.- Refine-to-earn — every refine that improves a brew (measured by a Taste-agent score delta) mints a tiny $LEAF reward. Quality work compounds.
- Taste juror — stake $LEAF to vote on public pours in the Tea Garden. Correctly predicting the crowd’s top pick earns rewards (a Schelling-style game for AI output quality).
5. Agent tier & throughput
Hold and burn mechanics for power users.- Hold-to-unlock model tiers — holding ≥ X $LEAF unlocks Gemini Pro / GPT-5 tiers instead of the default flash models. No subscription, no rental — just hold.
- Burn-to-boost — burn $LEAF to fast-track a brew to the front of the agent queue, or to extend the 20k character truncation cap on a Steep stage.
- Concurrency seats — staking unlocks parallel brews. Free tier brews one at a time; staked users brew 3–5 simultaneously.
6. Social & referral
Growth loops aligned to quality, not volume.- Wallet-native airdrop on signup — a small starter pour of $LEAF when a new wallet connects. Removes the empty-Cellar cold start.
- Referral co-brewing — when you invite someone and their Recipe gets re-run, both of you earn. Invites are rewarded for the quality they bring in, not the count.
- Share-link bounties — pin $LEAF to a public brew link; the first N visitors who connect a wallet claim a sip.
7. MCP & power-user hooks
Wire the token into the MCP server so the Cellar becomes a monetizable knowledge surface.- Pay-per-tool-call — external Claude or Cursor users hitting your MCP server pay $LEAF per
search_cellar/get_brewcall. The token flows to the Cellar owner. Your knowledge base, your terms. - API throughput buckets — MCP rate limits scale with staked balance. Hobbyists stay free; agencies stake for headroom.
8. Anti-spam economics
A near-invisible cost that prices out bots.- Tiny burn per brew — a fractional $LEAF burned per Steep covers the gateway cost in token terms. Bots get expensive fast; engaged users are net-positive earners thanks to streak and refine rewards.
Phased rollout (proposed)
What’s not in scope
- No pay-to-play. The free tier of every brew stays free.
- No governance vote on agent outputs. Token holders won’t steer what an individual brew says — only platform-level parameters (seasons, fee splits, model tier thresholds).
- No locked Cellars. Your Cellar entries are always readable by you, with or without $LEAF.
Get involved
Token design is a community exercise. When $LEAF moves from this page into the app, we’ll open an RFC process for the parameters that matter most — streak curves, royalty splits, hold-to-unlock thresholds, and burn rates. For now: keep brewing. Activity from before launch will inform the genesis airdrop. The Cellar
The memory layer $LEAF will let you stake on.
Recipes
The reusable brew configs that become a marketplace.
MCP server
Your Cellar as a queryable, soon-monetizable tool surface.
Pipeline
The five-stage ceremony every reward loop is built around.
